The ETS Service App is provided in collaboration with our partner Insta GmbH (white-label solution).
When using the ETS Service App, Hörmann does not, as a matter of principle, process any personal data.
The app serves solely to check, upon launch, whether new firmware updates are available and, if so, to download them. Hörmann does not process any personal data in this context.
It is not possible to identify individual persons.
b) Technically necessary data processing
Where data processing is technically necessary in the course of use (e.g. to provide the app’s functionality), this is carried out solely to ensure the proper and trouble-free operation of the application.
No association is made with an identified or identifiable individual.
c) Data provided voluntarily
Should personal data be provided voluntarily in individual cases, its processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent.
d) Statistical analysis
Any analysis is carried out exclusively in anonymised form.
